SpaceQuest was founded in 1994 by two satellite technology pioneers, Dr. Dino Lorenzini and Mr. Mark Kanawati, to provide users involved with low-Earth orbit satellites with highly sophisticated, but lower cost components.

With more than 40 years experience in the space industry, Dr. Lorenzini saw the need to provide users with an economical, timely and effective means to placing low-Earth orbit spacecraft in orbit.

Today, Space Quest provides research organizations, universities, amateur satellite developers and space agencies, with viable, state-of-the-art alternatives to the complex, costly systems developed by 'traditional' satellite manufacturers and space companies serving the market.

By building satellite components as well as complete satellites at our own facilities in Fairfax, Virginia, SpaceQuest assures its customers quality products and simplifies the development processes to build micro satellites faster and less inexpensively, than had ever been possible.
